Ich weiß nicht, wie es Euch geht, aber ich liiiiiebe Käse. Ab tollsten finde ich es, wenn ich eine größere Auswahl habe, mir von jedem ein Stückchen nehmen kann und dann mit etwas Feigensenf schnabulieren darf – hmmm! Und warum sollte man diese Leckerei nicht als Alternative zur klassischen Hochzeitstorte auffahren? Es kommt Menschen mit Fruktose – oder Glutenunverträglichkeit entgegen, man kann unterschiedliche Sorten nehmen zwecks der Vielfalt, die Laibe kann man wunderbar und relativ einfach stapeln und wunderbar dekorieren – mit frischen Feigen, Trauben oder getrockneten Aprikosen, Kräutern oder (essbaren) Blumen. Ich finde, es hängt auch damit zusammen, wann Ihr zeitlich gerne die Torte anschneiden wollt. Nachmittags zum Kaffee würde sicherlich jeder die klassisch – süße Variante vorziehen. Aber um Mitternacht, nachdem man bereits fein gespeist hat und man vielleicht schon mit dem leckeren Menü einen Nachtisch und schon wild getanzt und gefeiert hat, finde ich eine herzhafte Variante einfach klasse.
